Drum Conveying Mechanism
Roller conveyor transports empty drums with automatic positioning and alignment. Compatible with standard 200L plastic drums and steel drums of different diameters and heights.
High‑precision Metering System
Adopts volumetric or gravimetric metering method for stable and accurate filling weight. Target filling value can be freely set, filling stops automatically upon reaching preset value.
Anti‑dripping Filling Nozzle Assembly
Lift‑type diving filling nozzle reduces foam generation during filling. Suction‑back anti‑dripping function after filling prevents material contamination on drum surface and conveyor.
Fume Collection Device
Equipped with waste gas collection port. Negative‑pressure collection of volatile gas during filling lowers solvent volatilization and improves workshop working environment.
Capping / Screw‑capping Mechanism (Optional)
Automatic cap pressing and screw‑capping after filling. Finished drums are discharged via conveyor line to reduce manual operation.
