Product Overview

This semi-automatic gravimetric liquid filling machine is designed for small to medium containers such as 1L to 5L plastic bottles, jerry cans, and square cans. It is widely used in chemical, coating, lubricant, solvent, daily chemical, pesticide, and food industries. The machine integrates manual container loading, automatic positioning, gravimetric metering, lifting filling, anti-dripping, and conveyor output, providing a flexible, efficient, and accurate solution for batch liquid filling.

Production Line Composition

Conveyor & Container Positioning Table

The machine is equipped with a stainless steel roller conveyor and a weighing platform. The container is manually placed and positioned on the filling station, while the conveyor facilitates easy loading and unloading.

Semi-Automatic Operation Mode

The operator places the container under the filling nozzle, starts the filling cycle, and removes the finished container after completion. It is suitable for multi-variety, small-batch, and flexible production scenarios.

High-Precision Gravimetric Metering System

Adopts weighing-type metering with high-precision weight detection. The target filling weight can be set through the control panel, and filling stops automatically once the preset weight is reached, ensuring stable filling accuracy.

Lift-Type Filling Nozzle Assembly

The vertical lifting filling nozzle can descend into the container during filling. This reduces splashing, foam generation, and solvent volatilization, making it suitable for paints, coatings, lubricants, and easily foamed liquids.

Anti-Dripping & Suction-Back Function

After filling, the nozzle performs a suction-back action to prevent residual liquid from dripping. This keeps the container neck, bottle body, and equipment surface clean while reducing material waste.

Volatilization & Mist Collection Interface

The equipment supports an optional collection interface for volatile gases and liquid mist. Negative pressure collection can be used during filling to reduce solvent odor and improve the workshop environment.

Explosion-Proof Control Cabinet (Optional)

For flammable and explosive materials, an explosion-proof electrical control cabinet can be configured. It enables safe operation in hazardous areas while maintaining stable parameter setting and process control.

Electric Control System

Controlled by PLC + touch screen or button panel with weight indicator. The system supports weight setting, formula storage, production counting, fault detection, and alarm prompts, making operation simple and reliable.
